For tougher marks, the manufacturer (LX Hausys USA) recommends using non-abrasive, bleach-free cleaners made specifically for quartz surfaces.

How heat-resistant are Viatera countertops?

While they are heat-resistant enough to withstand standard kitchen use, Viatera countertops are not 100% heat-proof. Engineered quartz can handle brief exposure to moderate temperatures, but prolonged contact and extreme heat can cause discoloration or thermal shock.

For these reasons, it’s highly recommended to use hot pads or trivets for anything coming straight out of the oven or from the cooktop, as doing so will ensure the preservation of the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of your countertops.
