I am writing this letter to let you know how thrilled I am about my new kitchen remodel. It exceeded my expectations of how my kitchen would look. It looks like a kitchen out of Better Homes and Gardens. I always dreamed about having my kitchen remodeled. Over the years I have been getting estimates to remodel my kitchen. The prices varied from $37,000 to $85,000. These were bottom of the line cabinets, nothing special and they didn't include the price for countertops or backsplashes. These prices totally shattered my dream of ever getting my kitchen remodeled. From time to time I would go to the local home shows in the area hoping to find a contractor that would give me a decent price. I had seen the Kitchen Magic booth many times. So, this time I thought I would give them a try. It would turn out to be the best thing I ever did.
I live in a house that is 100 years old, with old plaster walls and an old sink area that has metal cabinets and an old farm sink. There were a few wooden cabinets but only one side of the kitchen I kept it presentable, but I felt like I was living in the dark ages. Well the day came for my estimate. In walks Mr. Marvin Moskowitz, the sales consultant. I thought, here we go again, another typical salesman. Boy I was wrong. Mr. Moskowitz was wonderful! He spent time with us gong over the product line and discussed every detail of how the project would take place. He showed us the style of the cabinets, the countertops, backsplash and hardware styles that we could choose from. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the project. He spoke highly about the company and its excellent reputation, and how it was a family owned business where they take pride in everything they do to make sure their customers are satisfied. We were very impressed by that.
I still wasn't quite sure I wanted to go through with the remodel yet. It seemed too good to be true. So, Mr. Moskowitz placed a phone call to one of the owners, Cindy. She assured me that if we just gave her company a chance, we wouldn't be disappointed and if there were any problems she would personally take care of them. Well, how could you not be impressed with this? What owner tells you that she will personally take care of any problems that arise? We knew we were making the right decision to go with Kitchen Magic.
I cannot say enough about Kitchen Magic for making my dreams come true. Everyone from Mr. Ken Hanley who was our draftsman that gave us so many wonderful suggestions for the layout of the kitchen, the gentleman who delivered my cabinets with such care as not to damage them, to Mr. Tom D'Angelo who was my team leader who made sure everything was going as planned, to Ziggy Jr. who did the removal of the cabinets, to Ziggy Sr. who did such an incredible job with the installation. He is a true craftsman. He was able to cover up a multitude of sins with my old plaster walls. Mr. Bill McCreery my old friend and his crew took care of my water and gas hook up. Cosmo made the template for my countertops. It was quite amazing how he put the design together. The installers for the countertop and backsplash were also true craftsmen. They too were able to address and cover up some of my plaster issues. Even down to to the gentleman who came to pick up my demolition trash, he made sure everything was left clean. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. Please thank all of them for making my kitchen remodel go so smoothly and totally stress free.
Kitchen Magic exceeded our expectations. You went over and beyond to make us happy with our new kitchen. Everything went according to plan. The men showed up on time, cleaned up the area every day, and made sure the rest of the house remained as clean as possible. You always answered my questions or concerns promptly. This remodel was the best decision we ever made. We highly recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone who is in need of a beautiful kitchen transformation at a reasonable price.

Dear Mr. Brett Bacho, I began writing this letter on March 28, 2009- the date I met my kitchen design consultant. The time he spent with me describing the history of your company was exceptional. When he spread out all of the “visual aids” – doors, pulls, knobs, etc.- I felt like a kid in a candy store trying to decide what to look at first. Since that date, I spoke with him frequently regarding the countertop I had chosen and when the final measuring date would be, delivery and installation. On April 10th, your draftsman came over and we spent a lot of quality time talking about the installation, the Kitchen Magic warranties, and of course, what door front was I going to select. I could see how meticulous he was with the measuring and re-measuring of my kitchen, existing cabinets, and appliances – right down to the toe kick. From then on, your staff has been impeccable with their response to my inquiries or concerns. I was blown away by their quick response to my management company’s requests for paperwork. Everything that was asked of them was submitted on a timely basis- without question! It is now May 1st – rip out day. The installers arrived on time, all debris was removed neatly. The following week the installation began. I was so surprised when all the materials arrived, including my countertop. Most importantly, my kitchen was done in two days! My kitchen is gorgeous. I made the right decision when I chose Kitchen Magic. Mr. Bacho, congratulations on running a wonderful company filled with talented and exceptional staff. Thanks so much for our beautiful kitchen. your installer was wonderful. He was on time and made sure all of our needs were met. He was also very nice and made sure to ask when he had to do something noisy as we have a 2 year old in the house. A few weeks after our kitchen was put in, my daughter's bridal shower was on. It is my pleasure to let you know you can be proud of your employees. To be specific: While we had been thinking of remodeling our kitchen we really didn't take any steps towards that end. The representative gave a wonderful presentation of your company and the quality of your workmanship. He sold us!! I can tell you how pleased I was with the installer the gentleman that did the installation. He arrived on site as specified and informed me of his working hours and if they met with my approval.
He told me what he expected to do and when he would complete the work. He did indeed complete the work on time. His craftsmanship was excellent and met with my approval. His pleasant manner made our encounter that much more enjoyable. In general all expected dates were completed on time. This is rare in home remodeling. Many of my relatives and friends were forewarning me of delays, problems, and other horror events that occur with such renovations.
