We were pleasantly surprised in that Kitchen Magic exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very professional and they were right on target with all the promised timelines. We would definitely recommend them.
All of their people were great. Every person who came into work was friendly yet professional. The carpenter was with us for 5 days. he did some new cabinets and refaced the others. All cabinet doors and drawers were replaced. He stayed at it all day every day and at the end of each day took time to review with us what he'd done and get our thoughts on it. The three gentlemen were very respectful of our property, very pleasant and polite. If you have good wood in your present cabinets, it's much less expensive than having all your cabinets replaced.
We recently replaced our cabinet doors and installed new quartz countertops. We used Kitchen Magic and were so pleased with them. Everything they told us regarding scheduling and installation was exact! They are a fine tuned machine! Their workers were so knowledgeable and they cleaned up after they finished everyday . Spotless! Their customer service department was so helpful in scheduling and assisting with any issues. Our kitchen was competed in 2 weeks as proposed. We would highly recommend them to everyone.
From start to finish great experience. Company is very organized, different person for each step of job, seamlessly scheduled. They refaced my kitchen cabinets, replaced countertops, replaced kitchen sink, and repaired drywall in only a few weeks. Shout out to Project Coordinator Amy. She was on top of everything, replied immediately, and genuinely enthusiastic about my new kitchen. Bate the cabinet installer worked fast, was so friendly, arrived on time both days, and did an excellent job. Kudos to the plumber Bill for handling the sink install, as it wasn't easy! Overall great experience, highly recommended.
We are so pleased with our new kitchen. Kitchen Magic offered a fair price (we had four other estimates) and completed the work within a six weeks from the day we signed up. Kitchen Magic refaced my wood kitchen cabinets that are the originals from the 1970s. All the people we dealt with were the best, both in person and on the phone. They were attentive and professional in all ways. And, our cabinets look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I recently had my old kitchen cabinets refaced and replaced the doors and hardware instead of ripping out my entire kitchen and replacing. It was a 1/3 of the cost to reface and I could not be happier. My kitchen now looks fresh and up to date.

The timeline set was much faster than we originally thought (much to our surprise and joy). The craftsmaninstaller Tom did a marvelous job of transporting an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan! Kitchen Magic was so easy to work with when remodeling my kitchen. They are a one stop shop, coordinating all aspects of my kitchen remodel from refacing my cabinets and adding new cabinets and crown molding, installing a tile backslash, new quartz countertop and sink, and the plumbing to go with it. They were professional and always on time. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!!
We are senior citizens did not want a complete new kitchen - just new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The sales person did not try to sell us something we didn't want - even when we said we wanted to reuse the old knobs. The work was quickly and professionally done and we paid in full, trusting that the company would follow through with a promise to soon replace one drawer fronts. Our trust was rewarded within days. We are delighted with our "new" kitchen and very happy we chose Kitchen Magic.

They were totally hardworking and took little time for themselves. I usually like to deal with local people, however my experience with Kitchen Magic was great. Rich was great at explaining the project. The draftsperson also was great at what he did and explained what was going on as he went. Ken the installer went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable and the finished project looks great.

Art, the Installer is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work. He measured, measured and remeasured again. He was totally unobtrusive, except for the noise of his power tools you would not have known he was here. He worked from the minute he showed up until he walked out the door at the end of the day.
Mike answered all our questions without that "pushy salesman" attitude. I felt he was open and honest about what we can expect. He brought samples, made suggestions when I was unsure and overall did a great job. I felt confident about moving forward after my meeting with him. Nancy was also helpful with reminders and any questions I asked her that alwasy got an immediate response.
I love my farmhouse sink and the oil bronzed hardware. They were all very professional but my favorite person was the individual who installed our molding and addressed any underlying issues or questions I had regarding the demolition week.

He showed us various options and I made a decision that day (very rare) for me to do! Everyone who came was excellent, but in particular, the craftsman who did most of our refacing was excellent. They were neat and clean and even offered great advice. The project manager whom I did have to contact a few ties was courteous and professional to deal with. No hassels, just great customer service. They made a new door and replaced 2 others because I noticed a flaw that didn't go with the others. That simple. Doors came in a week and a half later. No extreme waiting and no hassel. I have never worked with a company that is so responsible and backs up their work. Thank you so much. Your company did a phenominal job from beginning to end. You called when you said you would and appointments were always on time (very rare nowadays). What was really heartwarming was the way they all reacted to my dog "Maddie", a 12 year old Jack Russel Beagle who barks alot. They made friends with her and tolerated her "big mouth". At one point I asked the craftsman if I could let maddie go through the kitchen to let her in the backyard and he said "make sure the gate is locked so she can't get out", that was so kind. Apparently not only do you guys do exceptional work, you're animal lovers - which is important to me. Thank you and by all means use me as a reference.

Everyone I worked with was patient and professional. I Had a good feeling about the company after meeting the design consultant. I didn't know what the process entailed or if it was affordable. He was patient, answered all my questions and helped me figure out a plan. The draftsmen pointed out issues I hadn't considered and offered solutions. My installers were fantastic. They kept after the peculiar measurement issues in my kitchen and made it all look beautiful.
He [the craftsman] was a professional who came into my home as a guest and respected my home. Looking at the completed project the cabinets are what makes it all come together. I do not know how the craftsmen performed on other projects but my project it appears from comments he did his work and his skill level is extremely high. From the initial visit by our design consultant, to explain the process and cost estimate, through the measurement stage with your draftsman, and the installation week, our project manager, coordinated it all around our schedule and convenience . The installation week was everything we had been promised with an amazing result. Our installer arrived promptly each morning and was always very pleasant and professional. He took great care to prevent any dust from entering any other rooms. He also was very helpful answering every question we had. At the end of each day he left the kitchen neat and I could actually use it to cook (although I took a lovely vacation from cooking those nights). Kitchen Magic was also efficient and quick to come back with a minor adjustment to the cabinet over the refrigerator and a drawer insert. We are totally satisfied and delighted with our new cabinets. My husband and I are very pleased with the refacing work that was done in our kitchen. From the start of the project to it's completion, I almost always dealt with people who were patient, skilled and pleasant. First, I would really commend our design consultant, Jeff Hopkins. He came to the presentation on time and obviously knows what he was selling and talking about. Although my husband and I were showing signs of impatience, Mr. Hopkins continued with a calm and pleasant demeanor. He did not push us to commit but gave us options that ultimately made us decide right then and there. All through the phases of this project, he would be accessible at all times and answered all my calls right away. After installation, he came over and checked the kitchen to make sure that everything was fine and made sure that my concerns were forwarded to the main office and rectified if needed. Secondly, I would like to commend the gentlemen who took the measurements and installed the cabinets. Both worked diligently. I would also like to mention Miranda, my project manager, who also was always pleasant. Though we had to plan phone tag, she always returned my calls to address and questions. The people who answer the phone in the main office are consistently pleasant and try to help in any way. You should be proud of the people who work for you, they all are consummate professionals. As you know, a kitchen renovation can be a nerve wracking to-do and I think I needed more hand holding than most. So, I would like to commend the following people for their professionalism, courteousness and patience. Rich Mooradian: His help in choosing materials /cabinet design was invaluable. He promised me that it would be a beautiful kitchen and it is. Chip, the Installer was personable, answered all my questions, etc. He ran into a few issues with the design but imaginatively was able to modify it, so it came out the way it was supposed to. Dustin and his Assistant did a beautiful job with the backslash. Neat, courteous, etc. Mr. Gelinas, the plumber ran into several problems with the plumbing (it’s an old house). All of which, he was able to correct. I was hoping that this renovation would result in a more spacious and functional kitchen than I had before and this exactly what I now have. It is also very beautiful. Now I am going to go enjoy it.
Template guy had a good idea for one area which worked out great. The Tile guy, Louie was Awesome! The backsplash is what we like most about the kitchen project.

He came back a second time when I asked if my daughter could see the patters and colors, etc. and was very patient even though we took over an hour. We have more space than we ever hoped for. Maria truly was wonderful and professional. Then the draftsman came to measure and create the plan. He was precise and very neat. The installer, Joseph did a wonderful job installing the cabinets and worked in a very neat manner. Finally the tile installer created a beautiful back splash after the granite countertop was installed. We are completely satisfied and will gladly recommend Kitchen Magic to our friends and family.
All staff we had any contact with were pleasant and attentive. Overall look of everything is beautiful. The Installer and Tile guy interacted with us throughout the process and gave us options.

The factory visit was a lot of h help. The consultation was great. Even some changes were done easily. Very informative presentation. The Draftsperson explained what he was doing and why. I was thinking of either replacing my cabinets that were 46 years old but in good condition or having them painted. Kitchen Magic's website is fabulous as it explains everything you need to know about the procedure to reface your existing cabinets and it also shows the different kinds of doors and drawers to choose from…I love my new kitchen which went from dark wood finish to beautiful—light and airy white.

No problems with initial contact. Once I contacted the company, the appointment set and reminders were provided and so helpful. Linda, our service rep was wonderful. She was knowledgeable- thorough and alleviated any concerns we had. Paul our draftsperson was especially competent. I was concerned about t he look of my cabinets. I didn't want a seam. John Zambolla was extremely patient during my indecision of cabinet choices. Went full circle ultimately selected the one I initially chose. Refacing gave my kitchen a beautiful facelift! Eric Hanson, Sam Romig, Lisa Meixsel, Joanne Szuter, John Zambolla, Steve Studley and Rich Ryder were all great. I started this kitchen project a bit apprehensive regarding refacing vs. replacing the cabinets. I fell in love with the first wood door sample but proceeded to change course a few times. Your staff was patient and informative and w hen I made the final decision, they reassured me that it would be a beautiful transformation. Rich Ryder was an expert installer and all went extremely well. We also appreciated the speedy remodel of debris following the installation. This project was done both professionally and efficiently. Clarence!!!!! Our craftsman was so courteous and patient. We have kids and a German shepherd running around all day and it didn't appear to phase Clarence in the least. Now that he's not here everyday, my 6 year old actually said, "Awww, Mama, I miss him." He really was fantastic!!!

We have just recently updated our kitchen, by re-facing our cabinets! The before and after pictures are incredible. Our consultant Maria Ciringione was so incredibility knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful in guiding us toward getting all we wanted for our kitchen within our budget. In March 2016 we attended a Home Show at Hofstra University and spoke with your Kitchen Magic spokesman. I forgot his name but he looked like a perfect candidate to play Santa Claus, white beard and all. He gave us the number to call for an estimate and encouraged us to check with Kitchen Magic as we would be very satisfied if we did continue forward with interest. We called and made an appointment for Ron Cammarata to come to speak to us about redoing our kitchen. He was very helpful, polite and concerned with our concerns. We picked out the cabinet doors to re-face our old doors, the counter top and backsplash. We then decided to select another counter top and backsplash and Ron was very gracious in changing that selection for us. Paul who did the measurement of the kitchen for the counter tops and backsplashes was polite and apparently did the job well as everything else went fine. On June 7th, 2016, Kitchen Magic started the project of re-facing our existing cabinets. Mark Fuentes was our cabinet re-facer person. He was very capable and polite, a good worker who always cleaned up after himself. His work was very good and his concerns were appreciated. He would always check with my husband and myself before doing anything we might have an issue with. He also asked about the placement of the cabinet and drawer handles, where we wanted them on the furniture. He listened to our concerns and requests and took care of them. He cleaned up after he finished working and answered all our questions and concerns, especially about how to clean the counter tops, backsplashes and sink. We were very happy with all from Kitchen Magic and so far are very happy with the job they did.

Kitchen looks great! My team was excellent. For my needs, refacing was perfect. My countertop (granite) is in very good condition but the builder grade cabinets were old, as are the backsplash and floor. The refacing of the cabinets make t he kitchen look like a total, new renovation. Great job!

We worked with Maria to redesign our kitchen and reface the new cabinets we installed. Maria was incredibly helpful when we were deciding on layout changes and helped tremendously when we learned we would have to go with a two-toned kitchen since the antique white the previous owners chose was no longer available. I would like to take a few moments to express how happy I was with the service I received from Kitchen Magic. The first step was my meeting with Linda Reiner. She was on time to the meeting and immediately put my mind at ease. I was a little nervous not knowing how it all would work. She took the time to explain the process step by step and took time going through the video. I was able to look at samples and Linda gave me excellent advice when deciding on a cabinet color. It was a very comfortable meeting and I did not hesitate to tell Linda to move forward with the project.
There are people who I worked with from Kitchen Magic who deserve special recognition. While I did not get the name of each delivery person who showed up at my house, I must say that every one of them were very nice. From the moment she walked into our house, our designer Jill was fabulous! As she returned to our home many times, as we changed our minds about colors for the cabinets and tile, it was obvious to us that in the end she wanted us to be happy with our new kitchen. Jill guided us as we chose to redo our kitchen with two different color cabinets and replace the countertops. After we decided that the tile that we picked would not compliment the new granite countertop, Chris found a great new tile for our backsplash. He was very patient and accommodating and worked with me until I was happy with the tile. Christof, our cabinet installer and Joe, our tile installer, each did a wonderful job, and left the kitchen neat and clean each day. They were both here for several days and were very friendly and easy to work with. Our Project Manager, Miranda was very responsive, a pleasure to work with and was there to help us along the way. While we loved our cherry kitchen, our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and has a nice fresh look! The layout has remained the same, but following Jill's suggestion to remove the appliance garage from the counter made a big difference in the look of the kitchen. Jill's attention to detail really made our kitchen remodel extraordinary! We are thrilled with the end result!

From the time that I met with Linda, my account rep, till the last nails were driven into the cabinets, the process of working with our Kitchen Magic team was WONDERFUL! Arben, our installer, is as much of a perfectionist as one can possibly imagine. He ensured that every detail was beautifully crafted and indeed went above and beyond correcting issues that did not show up initially. He also is a delightful person! I will admit we were quite skeptical about refacing our old cabinets rather than buying new. We saw the photos of other finished kitchens and thought, these must be touched up to look so good! My husband and I were very pleased with our recent update to our Kitchen Magic kitchen. We had to do some changes due to the size of new appliances. The draftsman explained what we could do that, how it would be done and the cost to make the changes. The installer did an excellent job making adjustments and installing new cabinets that would accommodate a larger refrigerator. He also installed a new cabinet which made it possible to raise my microwave higher from the stove top. The finished results are exactly what we wanted and everything matched our former cabinetry! Would highly recommend Kitchen Magic.
Positive experience from start to finish, They had no hidden fees, and gave me time to get three other estimates, all of which were higher than Kitchen Magic. Since the work is now completed, the surfaces are easy to clean and the cabinet and drawer hinges work great.

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced. The entire experience from initial sales associate through final installation was first rate. The salesman was very knowledgeable and came with a trunk full of cabinet door samples in every color imaginable. A measuring and installation schedule was set at that time and it was kept. The fellow who came to measure everything told us what to expect in great detail and there were no surprises. The installer was on time and meticulous in his work, cleaning up each evening before leaving. Prior to every step along the way we received reminder calls from the factory. The only hiccup in the process involved the corner lazy susan - the wrong size had been shipped - but the correct unit was shipped to us overnight, we called the installer on the cell number he gave us when it arrived, and he came over and installed it. You really can't ask for more than that.
Exceptional craftsmanship! I am so thrilled with my new cabinets. I was def. extremely nervous at first about choosing just the right color, but I am beyond pleased with the final look. Your entire team, from start to finish, was truly wonderful to work with I've already received many compliments and inquiries about my cabinets. The finished kitchen looks great without major remodeling and replacement of all of the cabinets! They all are very professional. The installer was exceptionally professional. He was supposed to be done in 4 days but he told us that some doors will need to be re-ordered and said that those remaining doors would be finished on Monday. He finished most of the work and cleaned up the kitchen for us on Thursday. The new doors arrived on Saturday and he returned on Monday to complete the job. He also went out his way to fix something for us which was not initially discussed in the contract. Great job!
The cabinets are well built and beautiful. The installation and finished product were beyond what we had hoped for. We have had a number of people here to see it. They all loved it. In fact, a person on our street is currently in contact with you. Your company as a whole could not have done a better job. We have sent before and after pictures to both Maranda, our team leader, and to Frank Kidd our salesman.
The kitchen is the one place that our family enjoys and are able to take time to truly be a family. For us cooking is a family affair. When we purchased our home we loved the open kitchen and dinning area. However, the kitchen was a bit of an eye sore. The oak cabinets although in good condition appeared older than their 11 years. When we decided to redo our kitchen we knew cost would be a large factor. We searched and searched for a contractor to remodel our kitchen the way we envisioned, but with every single one we felt like we were compromising one thing or another. I am writing to inform you of an outstanding performance on the part of your Kitchen magic team. While I realize that your organization is a large one, with a multi-state presence and a great many employees, the service I received deserves special mention. Kitchen Magic installed an award-winning kitchen in my new home in 2016. This October, the vent motor under my customer hood became saturated with grease due to a manufacturing defect. It could not be accessed with the hood in place. Matt McInerney arranged for Mike and Scott to come and remove a panel of the hood to provide access. Once the motor had been replaced they returned and reinstalled it. I was grateful that Matt dispatched a team to fix a problem that was in in no way Kitchen Magic's responsibility - flabbergasted when he insisted that the service would be complimentary. I will continue to recommend Kitchen Magic at every opportunity!

Keep the professional protocols, it makes the difference in addition to the high quality of workmanship. I am in the Construction Industry and the lack of professionalism is staggering. Our daughter just came home from college for Thanksgiving and saw for the first time our Kitchen Transformation. She was so blown away by how gorgeous our kitchen now looks. We want to thank everyone from the Kitchen Magic Team who was a part of this remodeling project. From Kevin who welcomed us into the Kitchen Magic Family to Nancy in the office who was so helpful every time we spoke on the phone. But we want to especially thank George for the excellent work he has done in our home. George was always punctual and worked very efficiently. His work ethic is outstanding and his skills are fabulous! It is evident that he is experienced in his profession. We trusted him with our kitchen project after seeing him work the first day. He always made sure that everything was precisely up to standard. When we wanted changes in the crown molding--he was very flexible and installed it to our satisfaction. He wanted the best results for our kitchen. Where can you find such a work ethic and craftsmanship today? He was always courteous and professional. We also valued him as a person; he showed respect and kindness not only to us, but also to our son and even to the many visitors we had in our home during the time George worked on our kitchen. He even treated our 17 year old dog with consideration. When my husband and I now look at our kitchen, we are always so happy with the result. My wife and I cannot say enough about Rick and Joe. The installers paid special attention to details. We had originally thought of going local but your FB post created some interest and when David completed his presentation and invited us to Nazareth to see even more it was a no brainer to go with KM. Countless emails and calls to/from Maranda pulled it together and areas that needed to be tweaked done without question. So yes, we are absolutely thrilled and would appreciate your conveying to those involved our sincerest appreciation for making this possible. Not once did we hear from ANY of the aforementioned employees any vulgarity or “ that’s not my job.” Sometimes in life, wives and husbands do not agree on things but this is one we were both in total agreement. Josh Bauman was the salesman and worked with up to get the price we could afford. When there was a delay with the installation, Josh immediately stated he would get this resolved and he did. Andrew, the next Craftsman came the following day and he was great. He worked over 12 hours the first day and 12 hours the next to complete the job in two days. We realize there could be bumps in the process but Kitchen Magic handled it the correct way. We are glad Andrew did our renovations. Also Ken Handley was very professional and offered several helpful suggestions. The bottom line is Kitchen Magic lived up to the reviews I read online. We are very please with the finished product.
