• Who owns the company?

  Kitchen Magic is family owned and operated, now in the second generation.

• How long have they been in business?

  Kitchen Magic is celebrating "30 Years of Magic".  We have been serving homeowners since 1979

• Can I contact references?

  You may choose from among thousands of references to call, many right in your area. Your Kitchen Magic representative will have our extensive referral list available at the time of your free in home consultation.

• Will I get a warranty on my kitchen?

  Kitchen Magic is the only cabinet refacing company who offers a Lifetime of Home Ownership Warranty. Details will be provided during your presentation.

• Who does the installation?

  Only certified Kitchen Magic Craftsmen perform installations.

• Are the estimates free?

  Our estimates are always free, no obligation  and our estimator will bring the showroom to you!

• What time of day will they be able to come out?

  Our Kitchen Experts are available for weekday or evening appointments in addition to Saturday mornings and afternoons.  

• Are the prices reasonable?

  Kitchen Magic prices are competitive and reasonable, while our value is unsurpassed.  Remember to consider the refacing option, as it just may save you 50% if or more over all-new cabinetry.

• How long will I be without my kitchen?

  Installation of a refaced kitchen is usually complete in 3-5 days, all-new cabinetry can take longer.  It is our priority to keep your kitchen progressing seamlessly day to day to minimize disruption to your household.

• Is financing available?

  A wide variety of flexible financing options are available your representative will have the details and options at the time you meet.

• What does the representative bring with him/her?

  Many actual door and countertop samples to view in the natural light of your kitchen setting; photos of completed kitchens; and referral list containing thousands of names and phone numbers.  

• What types of countertop materials do you have?

  Corian, Zodiaq & Silestone quartz and granite

• Can I reface in wood?

  Reface in beautiful wood or durable laminate

• Who makes the cabinets?

  Kitchen Magic manufactures all of our own custom cabinetry in our dedicated cabinet shops.

• Who will I be dealing with and who will be responsible for my project?

  A dedicated project team will be assigned to you to answer your questions, take your calls, advise you on progress and status of your project and be accountable to you every step of the way.

• How is refacing done?

  We remove all existing doors and drawer fronts from your cabinets. All visible cabinet surfaces are then refaced with our exclusive double lamination system in the color of your choice.  Beautiful new matching doors with brand new hinges and hardware of your choice are installed. If desired, we can replace your countertops, backsplashes and sinks. We also build and install additional cabinets or islands.

• What do you do about the inside of the cabinet?

  Remember, 80% of what you see of kitchen cabinets are the doors. Re-FACING is just that, and with refacing, the interiors of the cabinets stay as they are.  Your estimator will inspect the condition of your existing cabinetry and make the appropriate recommendation for your situation.

• Will you build (or reface) just one cabinet?

  We will build one cabinet when we are refacing the rest of the existing cabinetry to match. We will also build or reface one cabinet in conjunction with a new countertop installation.

• What are your products made of?

  We reface cabinets with either natural wood or Formica/WilsonArt laminates. We feature the exclusive patented Tiffany Door line in addition to the new European Style Prestige doors and Elite Raised Panel doors. Our doors are constructed with highly stable furniture grade cores. Solid wood doors are included with natural wood refacing.  Countertop selections include the solid surfaces—Corian®, Zodiaq®, Silestone® and granite. We also offer WilsonArt and Formica laminates.

• Do you reface bathrooms/vanities?

  Yes. Kitchen Magic will install large bathroom vanities or countertops. Often it will depend upon the size of the job. The most cost effective way to go about having your bathroom vanity refaced is in conjunction with your kitchen.

  In New Jersey and Pennsylvania, total bathroom remodeling is provided by our sister company, Bathroom Magic.  Bathroom Magic products and services include shower and tub surrounds in luxurious Corian® or durable Acrylic, all-new vanities, decorative fixtures, commodes and plumbing services. • Will you install just a countertop?

  We will gladly install a  Corian®, Silestone®, Zodiaq or granite  countertop only. Laminate countertops (Formica or WilsonArt) are offered only in conjunction with kitchen refacing or new cabinetry.

• Do you sell just doors (for do-it-yourselfers)?

  We do not offer ‘do it yourself’ packages.  However, our estimates are free, educational and will clarify your options and help determine whether DIY is the best way for you to go.
