I wanted to write to let you know how pleased we were with the recent kitchen refacing you did for us. From start to finish, our experience with everyone in your firm was excellent.

I visited your display at the Parmaus Park mall at lunch time on Friday and filled out a card and advised the booth attendant that I would like to receive a call as soon as possible. Early that same evening, I received a call from your office and scheduled an appointment with a sales rep for Monday. After meeting with the sales rep, we scheduled an appointment for the very next evening to have the kitchen measurements taken. They showed up promptly, as scheduled, and I was impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. In the next two weeks, your customer service people called several times to schedule and confirm the actual installation date, which to my surprise was only three weeks from the time the sales rep visited our home.

Our installers, did an excellent job and was most cooperative. He showed up when he was supposed to and completed the installation in two and half days, which allowed me to have a new floor installed, as scheduled, the following day. I couldn't have asked for better service than that!

I am very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone. The whole experience with your firm was exceptional - a rarity today. I apprecicate dealing with a firm that provides such excellent service from start to finish.
