Can I contact references?
You may choose from among thousands of references you may call, many right in your area. Your Kitchen Magic representative will have our extensive referral list available including customers who have are delighted with their all new custom kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, and new countertops at the time of your free estimate and consultation.

Will I get a warranty on my kitchen?
Kitchen Magic is the only cabinet refacing company who offers a Lifetime of Home Ownership Warranty. Details will be provided during your consultation.

Who does the installation?
Only Certified Kitchen Magic Craftsmen perform our installations.

Are your estimates and consultations free?
Yes! It is our job to give you the best advice free and without obligation whether or not we earn your business. Our consultations are a free service to consumers, however quite costly to our company. Our representatives often drive long distances and once at your home will take the time necessary to assess your needs and create an individualized solution. In order to offer this free service, we do ask the following:
1) We need to meet with all homeowners or decision makers. Each person has different questions and concerns, and when a spouse, partner or other key party is not present, we are invariably asked to return, which time and cost does not allow.
2) We must meet with the current owner of the property being considered for improvement. -
What time of day can you come out to give us an estimate?
Our designers are available for weekday or evening appointments in addition to Saturday mornings and afternoons.

Are the prices reasonable?
Kitchen Magic prices are competitive and reasonable while our value is unsurpassed. Remember to consider the refacing option, as it just may save you 50% if or more over all-new cabinetry. -
How long will I be without my kitchen?
We provide consecutive day installation. Completion of a refaced kitchen is usually about 3 to 5 days, whereas all-new kitchen cabinets may take longer. It is our priority to keep your kitchen progressing seamlessly day to day to minimize disruption to your household.

Is financing available?
We offer a wide variety of kitchen financing options. Your representative will have the details at the time of your estimate.

What will the representative bring to our home?
Actual door and countertop samples to view in the natural light of your kitchen setting, photos of completed kitchens and a referral list containing thousands of names and phone numbers of delighted Kitchen Magic customers.

What types of countertop materials do you have?
We offer the brilliant quartz surfaces Cambria®, Silestone® and Zodiaq®, as well as durable Corian® and Granite. In addition, we carry the traditional Formica and WilsonArt laminate countertops.

Can I reface my cabinets in wood?
Yes! Cabinet refacing can be done with either durable laminate or beautiful natural wood.

Who makes the cabinets?
Kitchen Magic’s very own cabinet makers custom make all of our kitchen cabinets at our Nazareth, PA facility, right here in the USA!

Who will I be dealing with, and who will be responsible for my project?
A dedicated team leader will be assigned to you to answer your questions, take your calls, and advise you on the status of your project every step of the way!

How is refacing done?
The cabinet refacing process consists of removing all existing doors and drawer fronts from your cabinets. All visible cabinet surfaces get refaced with our exclusive double lamination system in the color of your choice. Next, we install beautiful new matching doors with the brand new hinges and hardware that you selected. If desired, we can replace your countertops, backsplashes and sinks. We can also build and install additional kitchen cabinets or islands to match your newly refaced cabinets.

What do you do about the inside of the cabinet?
Remember, 80% of what you see of kitchen cabinets are the doors. Re-facing is just that. With cabinet refacing, the interiors of the cabinets stay as they are. Your designer will inspect the condition of your existing cabinetry and make the appropriate recommendation for your situation.

Will you build or reface just one cabinet?
We will build one cabinet when we are refacing the rest of the existing cabinetry to match. We will also build or reface a single cabinet in conjunction with a new countertop installation

What are your products made of?
We reface cabinets with either natural wood or the Formica and WilsonArt laminates. We feature the exclusive patented Tiffany Door line in addition to the new European Style Prestige doors and Elite Raised Panel doors. Our doors are constructed with highly stable furniture grade cores. Solid wood doors are included with natural wood refacing. Countertop selections include the solid surfaces—Cambria®, Silestone®, Zodiaq®, Corian® and Granite. We also offer WilsonArt and Formica laminate countertops.

Do you reface bathrooms or bathroom vanities?
Yes! Extensive Bathroom Remodeling is handled by our sister company, Bathroom Magic, Inc. However, Kitchen Magic will handle single bathroom vanities or vanity tops in conjunction with your kitchen remodel.
Bathroom Magic products and services include shower and tub surrounds in luxurious Corian® or durable Acrylic, all-new vanities, decorative fixtures, commodes and plumbing services.

Will you install just a countertop?
If you will be replacing only your countertop, we will gladly install a Cambria®, Silestone®, Zodiaq®, Corian®, or granite countertop. Formica or WilsonArt laminate countertops are offered only in conjunction with kitchen refacing or new kitchen cabinets.

Do you sell just doors for do-it-yourselfers?
Kitchen Magic does not offer do-it-yourself packages at this time. However, our in-home estimates are free, educational and will clarify your options and help determine whether DIY is the best way for you to go
