Kitchen Magic lives up to its name – MAGIC.
The magic began when my sales consultant showed us the the Kitchen Magic line of products in our home. He brought the store to us. He represents Kitchen Magic as a professional consultant. He knows the products and helps in design and the many decisions that have to be made. He is a magician of kitchen cabinets.
Kitchen Magic continues to live up to the magic after the order is placed with correspondence, follow up phone calls and a promised delivery date that was met to the day.
More Kitchen Magic magicians did our installation. Arriving right on time, our installer started right off to work protecting our kitchen and setting up dust control. When I asked what he would do today, he said a lot. After a full days work he did a lot. The entire job was finished early the next day.
The final kitchen installation was truly magic. We are very satisfied and would recommend Kitchen Magic to perform their magic in your home.

Dear Mr. Brett Bacho,
I began writing this letter on March 28, 2009- the date I met my kitchen design consultant. The time he spent with me describing the history of your company was exceptional. When he spread out all of the “visual aids” – doors, pulls, knobs, etc.- I felt like a kid in a candy store trying to decide what to look at first. Since that date, I spoke with him frequently regarding the countertop I had chosen and when the final measuring date would be, delivery and installation.
On April 10th, your draftsman came over and we spent a lot of quality time talking about the installation, the Kitchen Magic warranties, and of course, what door front was I going to select. I could see how meticulous he was with the measuring and re-measuring of my kitchen, existing cabinets, and appliances – right down to the toe kick.
From then on, your staff has been impeccable with their response to my inquiries or concerns. I was blown away by their quick response to my management company’s requests for paperwork. Everything that was asked of them was submitted on a timely basis- without question!
It is now May 1st – rip out day. The installers arrived on time, all debris was removed neatly. The following week the installation began. I was so surprised when all the materials arrived, including my countertop. Most importantly, my kitchen was done in two days!
My kitchen is gorgeous. I made the right decision when I chose Kitchen Magic.
Mr. Bacho, congratulations on running a wonderful company filled with talented and exceptional staff. Kudos to you also for being chosen as Number One Nationally in the Kitchen Category by Qualified Remodeler Magazine.

His workmanship is impeccable. He has such attention to detail, is so hard working, and is a credit to your organization. He is polite, efficient, on time, cleans up and is a true gentleman. We have had a great number of work professionals in our home before and his workmanship surpasses them all. As I said, he is someone your company should be very proud of, and we feel very fortunate to have had him work in our home.

It’s absolutely striking what a difference the refacing made to my home. From what was a dated white plastic look to the sleek traditional warm cherry wood with glass doors and black quartz countertop, the kitchen is now AMAZING! What’s better it was a lot less expensive than replacing the existing hardware!
Your team were quick, courteous, and clean! The cabinets took just days to refinish and complete and as promised the counter installation was just as easy.

We chose your laminate because we wanted something maintenance free that would look good years from now. That Kitchen Magic warranties this product for the life of our home is the icing on the cake, and our beautiful Corian countertop is the crowning glory. Everyone involved in the process was an absolute joy to work with. Our sales rep took a lot of time with us and made suggestions which improved not only the look but the function of our kitchen. Your draftsman painstakingly mapped everything out and took a lot of time troubleshooting the fine details that were especially important to us. Your carpenter was a true craftsman. He was very accommodating of our special needs and patiently took time to answer our questions and addressed any concerns while also working tirelessly to complete the job on time. Your countertop installer did an outstanding job measuring and installing the countertop which is seamless and perfect. I could go on and on . Oh, and did I forget to mention as large as our kitchen is, the entire job from start to finish only took one week!! What more could anyone ask for?
