The carpenter was punctual and efficient in making a template of our counters. He made a point to leave our home as clean as when he arrived. When he and his helper returned to install our counters they were equally efficient and installed our counters with speed while maintaining a meticulous attention to details. Your installer is a true craftsman.
We received a referral from Gerry for a plumber, Matt. Matt made every effort to schedule our faucet and sink installation as quickly as possible. He changed our appointment three times without any complaint or surcharge.
You should be proud to have professionals such as Gerry, your installer, and Matt representing your company. Our only regret is that we don’t have any friends in the countertop market to recommend your company at this time.

Just wanted you to know how much we are enjoying our new kitchen. Preparing meals in our beautiful new kitchen is no longer a drudgery. We are actually preparing more meals and entertaining more! Every morning, when I enter this room, I am still in awe of the amazing change cabinet re-facing has made. We also had our countertops replaced and they too are beautiful.

It is my pleasure to let you know you can be proud of your employees. To be specific: While we had been thinking of remodeling our kitchen we really didn’t take any steps towards that end. The representative gave a wonderful presentation of your company and the quality of your workmanship. He sold us!! I can tell you how pleased I was with the installer the gentleman that did the installation. He arrived on site as specified and informed me of his working hours and if they met with my approval.
He told me what he expected to do and when he would complete the work. He did indeed complete the work on time. His craftsmanship was excellent and met with my approval. His pleasant manner made our encounter that much more enjoyable. In general all expected dates were completed on time. This is rare in home remodeling. Many of my relatives and friends were forewarning me of delays, problems, and other horror events that occur with such renovations. I had none!!
