I did not feel my experience with Kitchen Magic was complete until I sent you this letter. From the start of the job to the very end, every person we dealt with who was part of the “team” were nothing short of excellent. From Nancy, who was the team leader and returned calls immediately, to the gentleman who measured, to the plumber who connected our sink, to Charles and his counter installation (which is just perfect) our experience was wonderful. Every person was a pleasure to have work in our home. Kenny is really in a group of his own. Unfortunately, they do not make craftsmen like him anymore. He is a real professional and you are truly fortunate to have him representing your company. It is obvious that he is a man who takes pride in his work and what a fantastic trait that is!!! When he left at the end of the day the kitchen was as “neat as a pin” and he made it possible to function in our “work in progress”. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and the end result really shows it. Like most people, over the years I have dealt with many companies doing work on my home and some have been better than others. The team assigned to my job was by far the best experience I have ever had. I love my kitchen and applaud you and your team of professionals.

We couldn’t have had a more pleasant and courteous installer than Art. This is important to us, as we must leave the house each day for work and would feel uncomfortable leaving someone in the house who is not of his demeanor. At the completion of the work, he left the house clean and left us with the knowledge that the work was properly completed. We feel confident that we chose the right company to remodel our kitchen.

Your company recently refaced my kitchen cabinets and the result is fabulous. It’s a job well done. The cabinets look as good as new. I was not quite ready to do the job but I gave the sales representative the go ahead after his excellent presentation. He portrayed knowledge, honesty, And Professionalism, he was phenomenal.
