“I am writing this letter to let you know how thrilled I am about my new kitchen remodel. It exceeded my expectations of how my kitchen would look. It looks like a kitchen out of Better Homes and Gardens. I always dreamed about having my kitchen remodeled. Over the years I have been getting estimates to remodel my kitchen. The prices varied from $37,000 to $85,000. These were bottom of the line cabinets, nothing special and they didn’t include the price for countertops or backsplashes. These prices totally shattered my dream of ever getting my kitchen remodeled. From time to time I would go to the local home shows in the area hoping to find a contractor that would give me a decent price. I had seen the Kitchen Magic booth many times. So, this time I thought I would give them a try. It would turn out to be the best thing I ever did.
“I live in a house that is 100 years old, with old plaster walls and an old sink area that has metal cabinets and an old farm sink. There were a few wooden cabinets but only on one side of the kitchen. I kept it presentable, but I felt like I was living in the dark ages. Well the day came for my estimate. In walks Mr. Marvin Moskowitz, the sales consultant. I thought, ‘here we go again, another typical salesman.’ Boy I was wrong. Mr. Moskowitz was wonderful! He spent time with us gong over the product line and discussed every detail of how the project would take place. He showed us the style of the cabinets, the countertops, backsplash and hardware styles that we could choose from. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the project. He spoke highly about the company and its excellent reputation, and how it was a family owned business where they take pride in everything they do to make sure their customers are satisfied. We were very impressed by that.
I still wasn’t quite sure I wanted to go through with the remodel yet. It seemed too good to be true. So, Mr. Moskowitz placed a phone call to one of the owners, Cindy. She assured me that if we just gave her company a chance, we wouldn’t be disappointed and if there were any problems she would personally take care of them. Well, how could you not be impressed with this? What owner tells you that she will personally take care of any problems that arise? We knew we were making the right decision to go with Kitchen Magic.
I cannot say enough about Kitchen Magic for making my dreams come true. Everyone from Mr. Ken Hanley who was our draftsman that gave us so many wonderful suggestions for the layout of the kitchen, the gentleman who delivered my cabinets with such care as not to damage them, to my team leader who made sure everything was going as planned, to the one who did the removal of the cabinets and his father who did such an incredible job with the installation. He is a true craftsman. He was able to cover up a multitude of sins with my old plaster walls. My old friend Mr. Bill McCreery and his crew took care of my water and gas hook up. Cosmo made the template for my countertops. It was quite amazing how he put the design together. The installers for the countertop and backsplash were also true craftsmen. They too were able to address and cover up some of my plaster issues. Even down to to the gentleman who came to pick up my demolition trash, he made sure everything was left clean. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out. Please thank all of them for making my kitchen remodel go so smoothly and totally stress free.
Kitchen Magic exceeded our expectations. You went over and beyond to make us happy with our new kitchen. Everything went according to plan. The men showed up on time, cleaned up the area every day, and made sure the rest of the house remained as clean as possible. You always answered my questions or concerns promptly. This remodel was the best decision we ever made. We highly recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone who is in need of a beautiful kitchen transformation at a reasonable price.
