Phillipsburg, NJ --- Kitchen Magic, Inc., the family owned company that for more than a quarter century has worked to make 'kitchen cabinet refacing' a household term and to disprove the notion that the process is a'temporary fix' to kitchen remodeling needs, is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Framingham, Massachusetts. After 26 years of growth serving the four Northeastern states of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, transforming tens of thousands of kitchens, Kitchen Magic is well positioned to serve the Boston area.
The new office, slated to open on November 1, will be lead by Edward Stec, a Massachusetts native and one of Kitchen Magic's top kitchen consultants. "Ed brings boundless talent and enthusiasm to our future in Massachusetts. His heart has always been in his home state." commented Kitchen Magic president, Brett Bacho.
Kitchen Magic was founded in 1979 by Jost and Reine Fleck, who uphold the philosophy that customer satisfaction is not a service 'cost', rather a vital part of advertising: building business by exceeding expectations and keeping promises. Jost Fleck was the first in the home improvement industry to offer the Lifetime of Home Ownership Warranty, still Kitchen Magic's hallmark today. He also perfected the Double Lamination Refacing system that still makes Kitchen Magic's products superior to other processes on the market. Fleck credits much of the company's success to satisfied customers, "One of our biggest sources of growth is referral business-satisfied customers telling friends and family about their experience with Kitchen Magic."
Kitchen Magic's headquarters and manufacturing operations are located in Phillipsburg, NJ, on the edge of Pennsylvania Dutch territory, an area famous for its hand craftsmanship and quality workmanship. The company is fully family owned and operated; Jost and Reine Fleck keep in close daily contact from their home in Maine, while day to day operations are run by their son-in-law, Brett Bacho, now the company president, and their three daughters. Locally, Kitchen Magic is highly regarded as a company who puts their employees and customers first; Kitchen Magic continually invests in product innovation, elevating the standards of service, and promoting from within. Many long time employees have brought their own family members into the company folds. Bacho noted, "It's a very simple formula that works for us. Do the right thing by your employees--create an environment of integrity, appreciation and energy-- and your employees will take care of your customers. We are grateful to have this opportunity in Boston--all thanks to our incredible team."
