Kitchen Magic on TLC's Movin' Up show - February 17, 2007, 8:00pm
In New Jersey, one couple yearns for good energy in their new home. The Hevroni family had just moved into their first home and their first child arrives.  They didn't have the funds or the time to get their dilapidated kitchen remodeled.

Kitchen Magic lends a helping hand by giving them their dream kitchen, complete with new cherry cabinets and Corian® countertops.  TLC came to Kitchen Magic and asked us to assist the newlyweds on the Movin' up show.  "They desperately needed a new kitchen and we thought it would be a fun way to help the couple out", said Renate Fleck, VP of Marketing for Kitchen Magic.

Moving Up, a series hosted by a charismatic TLC personality, Doug Wilson. TLC follows a chain of new homeowners who move into one another's homes and begins the design and renovation process. The new homeowners speak freely about the old homeowners design choices and their serious renovation plans.  Then the old homeowners get the chance to come back and see what the new owners did.

The show asked the questions, "Have you ever wondered what happens to your home once you move out?" Will the new owners keep the floral wall mural?  "How about that vintage 1950s kitchen I cherished for all of those years?"

Well, the '50's kitchen is a mere memory and a bad one for the Hevroni's.  When these new homeowners moved into the home, they vowed that's the first project to be done.  What would you do if you could actually see what the new homeowners did to your old home? All those years of blood, sweat and tears invested in your home may be demolished without an ounce of consideration. Moving Up lets you peer in on the renovation to your old house.   Viewers tune in to see if the prior owners happily approve of what they see or will they wish that they had never come back.
